Waitress

Opaia Restaurant & Lounge is seeking skilled and passionate Waitresses to join the pre-opening team in Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for delivering refined service, ensuring guests receive a warm and seamless dining experience featuring Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional food and beverage service, taking orders accurately and making informed recommendations.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
• Ensure quick and efficient service delivery, adhering to the high standards of the lounge.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a positive attitude during the pre-opening phase and collaborate effectively with the service team.

• Preferred European candidate (to balance nationality).
• Previous experience in premium or high-volume dining concepts is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for Mediterranean cuisine and exceptional guest experiences.
