Warehouse Logistics Manager

Al Madina is hiring a Warehouse Logistics Manager to join our team in Sharjah, specifically managing the Central Warehouse & Logistics Department. Candidates must have relevant and proven experience in central warehousing and logistics within the supermarket or hypermarket sector in the UAE only.

Role Description:

The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from central warehousing to distribution, ensuring efficiency, inventory accuracy, and timely delivery across the retail group.

Responsibilities (Standard for a Logistics Manager in Retail):

• Oversee the daily operations of the central warehouse, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Manage inventory control systems, ensuring accuracy and minimizing shrinkage.
• Optimize logistics and distribution routes to hypermarket/supermarket branches across the UAE.
• Lead and manage the warehouse and logistics teams, ensuring high performance and safety compliance.
• Ensure all warehousing and logistics operations comply with local food safety and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Candidates having Relevant experience in Central Warehousing & Logistics of supermarket / hypermarket groups in UAE only need to apply (Mandatory).
• Minimum experience (5+ years) in a management role within the logistics and supply chain sector is expected.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
