?The Role

The Assistant Barista is the face of our coffee service, responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing friendly, efficient service. This role requires speed, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for coffee.

?Key Responsibilities

?Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other non-alcoholic beverages according to standards.

?Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment.

?Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area.

?Handle customer orders, payments, and interactions with a welcoming attitude.

?Assist with stock rotation and inventory checks for coffee beans, milk, and supplies.

?Required Skills & Qualifications

?Prior experience as a Barista or in a cafe environment is a significant advantage.

?Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art is a plus.

?Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

?Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

?A positive, energetic, and punctual attitude.
