Bartender

Mercure Hotel Dubai Barsha Heights is hiring a skilled Bartender responsible for preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, managing the bar, and interacting with guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve all beverages (cocktails, spirits, mocktails, etc.) accurately and efficiently.
• Manage the bar stock, inventory, and requisitions.
• Engage with guests professionally, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Ensure the bar area is clean and complies with hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel or licensed venue is required.
• Strong knowledge of beverage mixing techniques and service standards.
