Bar Manager

Mercure Hotel Dubai Barsha Heights is hiring a Bar Manager to oversee all bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the hotel bar, ensuring high service standards and revenue targets are met.
• Oversee beverage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Lead, train, and schedule bar staff (Bartenders, Barbacks).
• Ensure full compliance with licensing, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience (3+ years) as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in a hotel or high-volume venue is required.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and inventory control.
