Assistant Cook

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Cook to join our full-time culinary team in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. This is a hands-on role that provides essential support to the senior chefs, helping to maintain high standards of food quality and kitchen efficiency. Immediate availability is required.

Core Responsibilities and Expectations

• Food Preparation:
• Assist the Head Chef and Cooks with all aspects of food preparation, including washing, chopping, and assembling ingredients.
• Follow established recipes and portion control guidelines accurately.
• Kitchen Operations:
• Ensure all food is prepared and stored in compliance with high hygiene and safety standards.
• Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station and equipment.
• Teamwork:
• Work collaboratively with all kitchen staff to manage peak service times efficiently.
• Readiness:
• Must be an immediate joiner for this full-time role.
