Job Description

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in all daily operations and is responsible for running shifts efficiently and effectively. This role involves supervising staff, handling cash and closing procedures, resolving immediate guest and operational issues, and assisting with administrative tasks, staff training, and inventory management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in the F&B industry.
  • Strong shift management and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and daily financial reconciliation.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills, capable of handling high pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and mentor FOH staff.
