We are seeking a driven and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations at Isola Ristorante Italiano. This management role requires exceptional leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of Italian cuisine and service within a luxury setting. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in staff training, daily operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring flawless service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead and motivate the floor staff, including Head Waitresses, Supervisors, and Bartenders.
- Oversee inventory, manage labor scheduling, and assist in financial reporting.
- Handle guest feedback and high-level service recovery professionally and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Requirements:
- Proven track record in restaurant management or assistant management within a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
- Strong understanding of P&L statements, cost control, and budget management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
