APEX requires a specialized Banqueting Manager to oversee high-standard food and beverage service for events and high-volume dining within the demanding offshore environment. This role ensures the flawless execution of catering services under challenging logistical conditions.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Banqueting Execution:
- Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of banqueting and high-volume dining services offshore.
- Ensure food presentation, quality, and service timing meet the highest client expectations.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and train the offshore service team to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Manage and control inventory of banqueting supplies, linen, and service equipment.
- Offshore Compliance:
- Maintain strict adherence to all offshore safety protocols, and health and hygiene regulations.
- HACCP certification at Level 3–4 is a mandatory requirement.
- Experience Profile:
- Proven, substantial experience in banqueting, catering, or high-volume food service management, ideally within the remote site or offshore industry.
- Must demonstrate superior leadership, organizational, and client management skills.
