We are seeking a seasoned Bar Supervisor to oversee the operation of the restaurant bar, ensuring quality control, staff efficiency, and exceptional beverage service. This role involves leading the Bartenders, managing inventory, maintaining profitability, and creating a sophisticated bar atmosphere that complements the dining experience.
- Responsibilities:
- Supervise all bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and stock rotation.
- Train and mentor Bartenders on mixology, service standards, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with all liquor licensing and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a high level of drink quality and consistency for all bar service areas.
- Manage end-of-day reconciliation and reporting for beverage sales.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant.
