Emirates Taste is seeking an energetic and skilled Barista to join our dedicated hospitality team in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time position requiring an immediate joiner who is passionate about coffee excellence and providing outstanding customer service.

Core Responsibilities and Expectations

• Beverage Craftsmanship:
• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages following standardized recipes and quality controls.
• Maintain expertise in coffee bean knowledge, grinding techniques, and espresso machine operation.
• Customer Engagement:
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all customers.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Station Management:
• Ensure the coffee bar area is always clean, tidy, and fully stocked with supplies.
• Adhere strictly to all hygiene and food safety standards.
• Readiness:
• Must be an immediate joiner for this full-time role.
