Job Description
- Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, present menus, and take food and beverage orders.
- Serve orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them during their meal.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Handle cash and card payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Work as part of a team to provide excellent service.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a café or restaurant.
- Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work well under pressure during busy periods.
- Good communication skills.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
