Captain

• Responsibilities:
• Lead a section of the restaurant, ensuring guests receive attentive and efficient service.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide menu recommendations.
• Train and guide waiters/waitresses in service standards.
• Handle guest requests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Assist in setting up the restaurant before service and clearing after service.
• Process payments and manage bills accurately.
• Requirements:
• Experience as a Captain or Senior Waiter in a restaurant or café.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Leadership qualities and a team-oriented attitude.
• Immediate joining is preferred.
