Barista

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to be the face of our coffee program. The ideal candidate has a passion for coffee, excellent technical skills in espresso preparation and latte art, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your primary role will be to craft consistent, high-quality beverages while providing warm, efficient service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve all hot and cold beverages in accordance with established quality standards.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
• Manage the till, process customer orders accurately, and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and preparation area.
• Provide exceptional, enthusiastic, and customer-centric service to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Barista, with strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
• Skills & Knowledge: Expertise in espresso calibration, milk texturing, and basic latte art. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic, customer-focused, reliable, and able to work well under pressure during peak hours.
