Barista/Waiter

The Espresso Lab is hiring a versatile Barista / Server-Waiter for their Abu Dhabi location. The role requires a passion for specialty coffee and the ability to deliver exceptional service, combining duties at the bar and on the floor.

Responsibilities (Barista):

• Prepare high-quality specialty coffee and beverages according to The Espresso Lab standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the coffee bar.

Responsibilities (Server/Waiter):

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve beverages and food items to guests.
• Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere on the floor.

Requirements:

• Passionate about specialty coffee and providing exceptional service.
• Previous experience in a café or F&B service setting is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
