Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and professional Bartender to join our team, dedicated to serving beverages to guests with the highest standards of service. This role is crucial for delivering a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service consistent with the standards of a luxury hotel, driving sales, and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Service & Preparation:
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks accurately according to guest requests and standard recipes.
• Actively use up-selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase outlet revenue.
• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, offering advice and assistance based on your in-depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu.
• Bar Operations & Setup:
• Maintain the proper and adequate setup of the bar on a daily basis, ensuring the outlet is ready for seamless service.
• Ensure proper organization, planning, and control of supplies.
• Inventory & Control:
• Be responsible for the daily inventory update.
• Maintain concise records of all beverage stock to ensure required items are always available.
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage of stock and supplies.
• Quality & Efficiency:
• Supervise the bar area to ensure a smooth operation, especially during high-volume periods.
