Beauty Advisor

Xbeauty is seeking enthusiastic and highly professional Beauty Advisors to represent our brand across key locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This role is perfect for individuals with a genuine passion for the beauty industry, a high standard of presentation, and the adaptability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment. You will be the face of our brand, providing personalized consultations and driving sales.

Core Responsibilities & Expertise

• Client Consultation & Sales:
• Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations across a diverse range of products, including Skincare, Haircare, Nail care, Cosmetics, and general beauty products.
• Demonstrate product usage and application techniques effectively to clients.
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through excellent customer engagement.
• Brand Representation:
• Maintain a consistently highly presentable and professional appearance and approach at all times.
• Ensure all product displays are visually appealing, fully stocked, and compliant with brand standards.
• Comfortable working in different retail locations across Dubai or Abu Dhabi as required by business needs.
• Essential Experience & Language:
• Proven, hands-on experience in selling and advising on beauty-related products is absolutely essential.
• Crucial Language Fluency: Fluency in English is required, in addition to fluency in Russian, Farsi/Persian, or Arabic to serve our diverse, multi-lingual customer base.
