Fine Wine Executive

• Responsibilities:
• Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients (On-trade and retail) to drive sales of fine and premium wines.
• Execute structured sales call cycles to maximize account coverage and client touchpoints.
• Build and manage a private client database for targeted sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Wine Category Manager to execute strategic plans and achieve set KPIs and commercial goals.
• Plan and manage participation in key wine events and On-trade activations to maximize brand visibility.
• Coordinate with trade partners to develop effective On-trade strategies, ensuring product availability and superior customer experiences.
• Support various sales, category, and marketing initiatives to grow the Spinneys premium wine portfolio in Abu Dhabi.
• Requirements:
• High School Diploma or College Degree.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales or wine-focused role.
• At least 1-2 years of specific experience in fine and premium wine sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and commercially astute.
• WSET Level 3 or equivalent wine qualification is preferred.
• An existing network of On-trade and/or retail contacts is highly desirable.
