The Retail Team Leader will oversee a group of Guest Associates, driving daily sales performance while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency at our theme park locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of associates, ensuring they are prepared for their shifts and understand daily targets.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily sales KPIs and provide real-time coaching to staff to improve conversion rates and average transaction value.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels of retail merchandise and photography supplies, ensuring timely replenishment and accurate reporting.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the retail environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing according to brand standards.
- Escalation Handling: Resolve guest complaints or technical issues on the floor with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Shift Reporting: Prepare end-of-day reports detailing sales figures, staff performance, and any operational challenges.
Requirements & Skills:
- Previous leadership experience in a high-volume retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
