Job Description
The Tower Plaza Hotel is hiring a professional Bell Attendant cum Driver to provide dual support to guests, managing luggage services and transportation as required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with loading and unloading luggage.
- Transport guest luggage to and from rooms efficiently and safely.
- Drive hotel vehicles for guest transportation when required (valid UAE Driving License required).
- Provide courteous assistance and information about hotel facilities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bell Attendant or Hotel Driver is strongly preferred.
- Valid UAE Driving License is required.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional presentation.
