Bell Attendant / Driver

The Tower Plaza Hotel is hiring a professional Bell Attendant / Driver to provide dual support to guests, managing luggage services and transportation as required. This role requires excellent physical stamina, a polite demeanor, and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles.
• Transport guest luggage to and from rooms efficiently and safely.
• Drive hotel vehicles for guest transportation (airport, local errands) when required, adhering to all UAE traffic laws.
• Provide courteous and helpful service, offering information about hotel facilities and local areas.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bell Attendant or Hotel Driver is strongly preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Excellent physical condition to handle heavy luggage.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional presentation.
