Bell Captain

• Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the bell desk and concierge team.
• Greet guests upon arrival and departure, assist with luggage handling.
• Coordinate valet parking services and transportation for guests.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain the lobby area and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Train and schedule bell staff.
• Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Bell Captain, Bellman, or in a similar front office role in a hotel.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Good local area knowledge.
