Job Description
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily sales and operations of the motorcycle branch in Abu Dhabi.
- Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team, conducting performance reviews and KPI follow-ups.
- Ensure premium customer experience and handle customer escalations effectively.
- Manage branch inventory, stock control, invoicing, and daily reporting using DMS/ERP systems.
- Organize and support promotional events, ride-outs, and showroom activations.
- Maintain strong brand presence and ensure the showroom meets brand standards.
- Achieve sales targets and operational objectives for the branch.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales & operations, preferably within the motorcycle industry.
- Proven branch leadership or assistant manager experience is required.
- Skilled in DMS/ERP usage, stock control, and reporting.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Motorcycle driving license is a must.
- Ability to supervise sales teams and drive performance.
