Field Supervisor

• Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of field sales representatives or merchandisers in the Abu Dhabi/Al Ain region.
• Develop and implement field sales strategies to achieve territory targets.
• Train, coach, and motivate the team to maximize performance and sales.
• Monitor team activities, track sales performance, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors.
• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and stock levels in assigned stores.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by the team in the field.
• Requirements:
• Proven team leadership and supervision experience is required.
• Strong sales background, preferably in FMCG, health, or retail.
• Must be proficient in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Result-oriented with a competitive drive to earn commissions.
