Servhub is hiring a Business Development Manager with 3–4 years of B2B sales experience in fields like SaaS, facility management, or construction tech. The candidate must be self-motivated and adept at managing client relationships and driving conversions in a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients (construction companies, manufacturing units, facility management firms, and labor camp operators).
- Conduct on-site meetings and product demos to showcase our SaaS platform.
- Understand client pain points and propose the right solution offerings.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and drive conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, onboarding) to ensure smooth client activation.
- Track market trends, competition, and industry developments.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and insights for management.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS selling, facility management, real estate tech, or construction tech is required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting clients regularly.
- Ability to explain technology solutions in a simple and clear way.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience selling to admin/HR/facility teams is a strong plus.
