- As the Sales & Admin Coordinator, you are the primary point of contact for our elite clientele. You will manage the entire booking lifecycle, from initial inquiry and luxury sales to operational dispatch and after-service follow-up.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Client Relations: Manage high-volume inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, maintaining a polished, "luxury" tone at all times.
- Sales Coordination: Prepare and send professional quotations, follow up on leads, and upsell premium service packages.
- Booking Management: Utilize CRM and dispatch systems to coordinate luxury vehicle schedules, ensuring zero delays for airport transfers and corporate events.
- Administrative Support: Handle invoicing, payment collections, and maintain accurate records of client preferences and history.
- Logistics Liaison: Coordinate with the chauffeur team to ensure vehicle readiness and route optimization based on real-time Dubai traffic and event schedules.
- Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Reservations within the Transport, Travel, or Five-Star Hospitality sectors.
- Superior command of the English language (written and verbal) is non-negotiable.
- Extensive knowledge of Dubai’s geography, including major hotels, private airports, and business hubs.
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional weekend/evening support for high-profile events.
