Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of indoor and outdoor Relationship Officers for credit card sales.
- Train new team members on credit card product details, sales techniques, and documentation processes.
- Monitor and report on the team's daily sales performance, attendance, and overall productivity.
- Act as a liaison between sales staff and management, resolving basic team issues.
- Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in a sales team leadership role, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong training and coaching abilities.
- Excellent performance monitoring and reporting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage team dynamics.
