Cafe Restaurant Supervisor

Como Lounge is hiring a Cafe Restaurant Supervisor for its Dubai Branch. The role requires a minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven supervisory experience in a café or restaurant setting and availability to join quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the café/restaurant floor and team.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and service delivery standards are consistently met.
• Handle cash operations, inventory checks, and ensure outlet presentation is maintained.
• Monitor staff performance, manage scheduling, and report operational metrics to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Supervisor in a Cafe or Restaurant setting is mandatory.
• Ready to join by the midweek of December.
• Passionate, quality-driven professional ready to excel in the F&B industry.
