The Tower Plaza Hotel is hiring a skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) – Hot Kitchen to take full responsibility for the Hot Kitchen section, ensuring consistent quality and efficient delivery of hot dishes during service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the Hot Kitchen section, overseeing preparation and cooking during all service periods.
- Maintain recipe standards, portion control, and food quality for all hot main courses.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure hygiene compliance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CDP or strong DCDP experience in a high-volume hotel or fine dining hot kitchen.
- Professional culinary qualification/certification.
