Creneau Hospitality is hiring a Chef de Partie (CDP) for immediate joining in Dubai Creek Harbour. The CDP manages a specific kitchen section, ensuring consistent food quality, adherence to recipes, and efficient output during service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the assigned kitchen section, overseeing all preparation and cooking tasks.
- Ensure strict adherence to standard recipes, portion control, and food presentation guidelines.
- Supervise Commis Chefs and ensure the station maintains high hygiene standards.
- Assist in inventory control and minimizing food waste within the section.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the hospitality/F&B industry is mandatory.
- Ability to join immediately is mandatory.
- Proven culinary skills and experience in managing a kitchen station.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences through cuisine.
