Naama Beach Villas & Spa is hiring a skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) responsible for managing a specific kitchen section. The CDP ensures consistent food quality, manages inventory for their station, and supervises junior culinary staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the assigned kitchen section (station), ensuring all dishes are prepared to recipe and standard.
- Supervise Commis and junior staff working in the section.
- Control inventory, manage portion sizes, and minimize waste within the station.
- Maintain strict adherence to HACCP and hygiene protocols.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CDP or supervisory kitchen role in a hotel or resort is required.
- Professional culinary qualification/certification.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
