Civil Procurement Engineer

Gulf Contractors is hiring a Civil Procurement Engineer responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials and equipment for civil construction projects. This role requires an engineering background and strong vendor management skills.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
