Job Description

Gulf Contractors is hiring an Estimator to accurately calculate the costs required for construction projects. The role involves analyzing project specifications, obtaining quotes, and preparing detailed cost breakdowns for bids.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and resource schedules for new tenders and bids.
  • Analyze architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to determine accurate material and labor requirements.
  • Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with the Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager on bidding strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Estimator in the construction industry is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
