Civil Supervisor

Farnek is seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Supervisor to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing civil maintenance operations, ensuring high standards of execution and safety, particularly in demanding, high-traffic environments.

Key Responsibilities (expected for this role):

• Supervise and coordinate all civil maintenance activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage a team of civil technicians and laborers.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
• Prepare reports on work progress and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 3 - 5 years of proven civil maintenance experience.
• Environment Expertise: Must have experience specifically in venues, airports, or similar high-traffic environments.
