Republica is hiring a Commi for our Bakery section to support the senior chefs in preparing high-quality baked goods. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior baker to grow in a professional kitchen environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist senior bakery staff in the preparation of doughs, pastries, and bread.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bakery workstation.
• Follow recipes precisely to ensure product consistency.
• Assist with inventory stocking and checking ingredient freshness.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a professional bakery or kitchen environment.
• Basic knowledge of baking processes and hygiene standards.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a high-energy team.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
