Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the sous chef and chef de partie in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare ingredients, basic dishes, and components as instructed.
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in your section.
- Learn and adhere to the restaurant's recipes and presentation standards.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
Requirements & Skills:
- Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, commitment, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and perform tasks efficiently.
- Immediate availability is mandatory.
