Nehal Hotel Abu Dhabi is hiring a Commi specialized in Philippine Cuisine. The role involves assisting senior chefs with the preparation and cooking of authentic Philippine dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chef de Partie with mise en place and food preparation specific to Philippine Cuisine recipes.
  • Ensure the workstation is clean and sanitary during operation.
  • Follow all instructions accurately regarding cooking, plating, and portion control.

Requirements:

  • Candidates currently residing in the UAE only will be considered.
  • Relevant hotel experience is preferred.
  • Specialized cooking experience or passion for Philippine Cuisine is required.
