We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Commis I to support our dynamic Hot Kitchen operations. This role is ideal for an individual ready to handle high-volume service, focusing on the preparation and cooking of a wide range of main courses and sauces under the guidance of senior chefs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute food preparation and cooking tasks for various sections (e.g., grilling, sautÊing, frying) as directed by the Chef de Partie.
- Ensure consistency in quality, temperature, and presentation of all hot dishes.
- Adhere strictly to HACCP standards and kitchen safety procedures.
