City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel is seeking a passionate and dedicated Commis 2 to join our Kitchen team. This entry-level role is perfect for aspiring chefs eager to start their careers, learn fundamental culinary skills, and contribute to the smooth operation of a professional hotel kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Commis 1 and senior kitchen staff with basic prep work, including washing, peeling, chopping, and ensuring ingredients are ready for service.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work stations, storage areas, and kitchen equipment.
• Adhere strictly to all hotel food hygiene and safety standards.
• Carry out all delegated tasks efficiently and demonstrate a proactive attitude.

Requirements:

• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Previous experience is not mandatory, but a strong passion for cooking is essential.
• Willingness to learn rapidly and take direction from senior kitchen staff.
• Basic understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
