Job Description

GOAT is hiring four Commis Chefs for the Steak On Me kitchen. The role requires immediate availability and comfort working on the grill and efficiently handling steaks during busy service periods.

Responsibilities:

  • Work comfortably and efficiently on the grill section, handling steak preparation and cooking.
  • Assist senior chefs with all mise en place related to the hot section.
  • Maintain speed and consistency in food production during busy service.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working on the grill and handling steaks during busy service is mandatory.
  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar hot kitchen role is required.
  • Must be currently in the UAE and available to join soon.
