Crowne Plaza Jumeirah is seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to join the Food & Beverage kitchen team. This role is a vital step in a culinary career, focusing on supporting senior chefs and mastering basic preparation techniques in a professional hotel environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de Partie and other senior chefs with mise en place and food preparation tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned work station according to hotel hygiene standards.
- Follow standard recipes accurately and assist with plate preparation during service.
- Ensure minimal waste and proper storage of ingredients.
Requirements:
- Experience in a hotel or professional kitchen environment is required.
