Commis I

• Responsibilities:
• Perform basic food preparation tasks as assigned by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
• Prepare ingredients, cook simple dishes, and assist in plating.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following hygiene and safety protocols.
• Store food products correctly and assist with inventory.
• Learn and follow standard recipes and kitchen procedures.
• Support other kitchen staff during service periods.
• Requirements:
• Some experience in a professional kitchen is preferred (as a Commis II or Trainee).
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen safety.
• Willingness to learn, work hard, and be a team player.
• Based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
• Passion for the culinary arts.
