Job Description

Central Hotels is hiring a Commis II to support the Hot Kitchen section. The role assists senior chefs with food preparation and maintains the cleanliness and organization of the station.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chef de Partie with mise en place and food preparation tasks for the hot section.
  • Ensure all assigned kitchen areas are kept clean and organized according to hygiene standards.
  • Follow instructions precisely regarding portion control and recipe execution.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or F&B (kitchen) is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a team.
  • Professional, dynamic, and team-oriented approach.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
