Job Description
The Tower Plaza Hotel is hiring a Commis to support the Pastry section, assisting in the preparation of desserts and baked goods.
Responsibilities:
- Assist DCDPs and senior chefs with mise en place and basic preparation tasks in the Pastry section.
- Follow recipes accurately and maintain the cleanliness of the workstation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Kitchen Helper in a professional kitchen is required.
- Basic foundational knowledge of pastry arts.
