Concierge

The Concierge at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi will serve as the dedicated resource for guests, curating personalized experiences, managing high-end requests, and providing expert local and regional recommendations. This role requires deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi's culture, events, and services, coupled with impeccable service etiquette.

• Responsibilities:
• Manage all guest requests for reservations, transportation, tours, and bespoke services with precision.
• Provide expert recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all hotel facilities and services.
• Build rapport with guests, anticipating their needs to ensure a truly personalized and luxury experience.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to fulfill guest requirements.
• Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Concierge in a five-star or luxury hotel setting is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
