AL DARMAKY is hiring Construction Managers to lead and oversee project execution, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
Responsibilities (Standard for Construction Manager):
- Lead the entire construction team, overseeing all site activities and ensuring efficient resource deployment.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and operational plans.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and site supervisors.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Construction Manager in the relevant industry is required.
- Engineering Degree is expected.
