• Responsibilities:
• Prepare authentic and high-quality Filipino cuisine.
• Follow standardized recipes and ensure consistent taste and presentation.
• Manage kitchen station, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene, safety, and food handling.
• Monitor inventory levels for ingredients and assist with stock management.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Filipino Cook.
• Must be below 35 years of age.
• Proven expertise in preparing traditional Filipino dishes.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene regulations.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
