Core Requirements:
- Background: Proven professional background in hospitality or general customer service is required.
- Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
- Location: Must be based in the UAE and available to work in Dubai.
- Salary: Competitive salary range offered (5,000â10,000 AED) based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, professionally, and courteously.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products or services to provide accurate information.
- Process customer transactions, documentation, and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address service deficiencies or process improvements.
