?The Role:

The Senior Customer Service Executive will be responsible for delivering world-class support, managing complex inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across both in-person and telephonic/digital channels. This is a challenging yet rewarding position requiring a blend of sophisticated interpersonal skills and robust problem-solving abilities.

Experience: A minimum of 4 years of comprehensive Customer Service experience is mandatory, explicitly including significant exposure to both in-person client interaction and phone-based customer support. (UAE-specific experience is valued but not a prerequisite).
