Naama Beach Villas & Spa is hiring a skilled Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) to support the Chef de Partie. The DCDP manages a kitchen station, ensures consistent production, and guides Commis staff in their daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Run a specific station or area of the kitchen under the guidance of the Chef de Partie.
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipe standards during service.
- Train and mentor Commis Chefs.
- Ensure accurate portion control and maintain food quality consistency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a DCDP or strong Commis 1 experience in a professional kitchen is required.
- Professional culinary qualification/certification.
